Employees are not wearing cloth face coverings. Employees are not following social distancing guidelines. Employees are told to self-quarantine if they travel but there is no monitoring of temp or symptoms. Employees are coming into the office who are sick and have visible symptoms. They are sent home but should not have been allowed to come in to begin with. Employees who have tested positive have been moving around the building with no mask.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 15
