1) The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to and remain at work; b) CDC Guidelines were not implemented following close contact between employees and known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 cases; c) The employer did not sanitize the work area after exposure to a COVID-19 positive employee and/or customer; d) Physical barriers have not been installed in customer facing areas between employees and customers were social distancing is not feasible. 2) The employer has not provided employees working with or near X-ray equipment, who are exposed to ionizing radiation with personnel monitoring equipment, such as film badges, pocket chambers, pocket dosimeters, or film rings. 3) The employer is allowing the use of newly installed X-ray equipment that has not been inspected by VDH.
