1) The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Main Office: a. After an employee(s) tested positive, employees were not notified within 24 hours. b. Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to and remain at work. c. A Return to Work policy for employees that were known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 has not been established or implemented. d. Employees are not provided with an adequate supply of masks or personal protective equipment (PPE). e. Employees do not have access to cleaning supplies and/or disinfectant. 2) Employees at the Main Office do not have access to an adequate drinking water supply. Employees are required to bring or purchase their own. 3) Water fountains are not cleaned and/or sanitized, as they are covered with mold.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 8
