Allegation 1) The employer has not cleaned and disinfected the entire workplace following multiple confirmed cases of COVID-19. The employer is not following their written protocols when there is a confirmed COVID-19 case or CDC guidance to prevent transmission of COVID-19 in the workplace. Allegation 2) There are daily cases of employees contracting COVID-19 due to lack of social distancing in the workplace. The employer is not enforcing social distancing in the workplace which has contributed to an increase in COVID-19 transmissions.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 25
