a) Biohazardous waste from the COVID 19 floors and operating rooms were put in to regular trash bags. Workers were exposed to biohazards while handling the bags for disposal. b) Employees were exposed to struck by and caught between hazards as they entered the unregulated waste and biohazard dumpsters to dispose of trash from the hospital. Some employees were throwing trash bags and other materials over the sides of the dumpsters in lieu of entering the dumpsters themselves out of concern for potential exposures to unknown contaminants.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 10
