'- An employee tested covid positive and the company has done nothing to protect the staff members currently working, they did not require anyone get covid tests, not maintained social distancing and masks are not required or enforced. Prosegur will make new policies then not enforce them, continually putting the staff members at risk. - There is little heat in the small booth and they refuse to adequately fix this issue for months now. - There is an unsafe spot for staff to fall down on that management refuses to fix. - Employees coming in smelling like severe Body Odor to the point where other co-workers go home smelling like Body Odor. Management was made aware and ignored the problem for months. - The booth has not been cleaned in years at this site and is absolutely disgusting and hazardous. Garbage is not removed regularly. Management has been made aware and refused to do anything for months now. All employees (approximately 7) are being affected by these issues.

I was told and shown big lucky boxes worth 100$ or more, I got a cheap no name brand ear buds and a phone charger. Not worth more then 15$. I got rip-off and would like to return and get money back. It’s a community issue if you see how many people got taken also!
