1. Many employees on all shifts are not wearing face coverings creating a hazard of potential exposure to Covid-19 for their co-workers. Managers are aware of this and observing these employees are not enforcing the use of face coverings. 2.Twenty to thirty employees are taking their breaks within a single room where the 6 foot social distancing cannot be maintained. Managers aware of this and observing this condition are not enforcing social distancing. 3. At this time the employer does not have an infectious disease control plan to address potential exposure to Covid-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 600
