1. It is alleged that within the facility, including business offices, sales floors, and the repair shop, at least 10 employees have tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the employer is not following the current CDC Guidelines, such as but not limited to, the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is alleged the employees who test positive do not follow the protocols for quarantine, employees who have come in close contact with COVID-19 positive staff are not directed to quarantine for the recommended amount of time and/or follow other available guidance for exposure, these employees are returning to work earlier than the recommended time and the employer allowed the early return. 2. Proper disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guidelines. These areas include, but are limited to, high touch areas, offices, restrooms, common areas, workstations, and tools. 3. Employees working in close proximity to each other, not wearing mask, and/or are not practicing social distancing (6 feet distancing) in accordance with CDC Guidelines when working and moving throughout the facility. 4.
