1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The company has a face mask policy, but it is not being enforced, especially in small meeting areas. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. Meetings are held in small spaces where a 6-foot distance cannot be maintained at all times. HAZARD LOCATION: Throughout the property.
