1. The employer has not informed employees of potential exposure to COVID-19. Several employees tested positive for COVID-19, and the employer did not inform employees of potential exposure, did not perform contact tracing, and did not allow employees to quarantine with pay. Employees continued to work while showing symptoms of COVID-19, potentially exposing employees and patients to COVID-19. 2.
