1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines following a positive test result for COVID-19 in an employee. When a fellow employee tests positive, those employees that work closely with the sick employee are not sent home to quarantine, potentially leading to the spread of coronavirus. Emails are sent to employees saying those that worked closely with the positive case were sent home, but that is not happening. 2. Touch points on equipment are not sanitized and gloves are not provided. 3. Social distancing is not enforced. Multiple employees have to use the same equipment and they do not give each other space. 4. Management doesn't require a test to return to work after having close contact with a positive case.
