1. Failure to comply with the mandate for employees to wear face coverings. Employees routinely wear their face coverings beneath their nose and mouth. 2. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces. 3. Employees are allowed to work while ill and showing symptoms of COVID-19 potentially exposing other employees. 4. Employees who have been exposed to other employees that tested positive for COVID-19 have not been allowed to quarantine. 5. Employer is not regularly sanitizing workstations. 6. Employees returning to work after travelling internationally are not required to quarantine and may be exposing others to COVID-19 contraction. 7. Employees are operating forklifts without certification. 8.
