Alleged Hazard(s): 1. Front desk reception employees are in contact with delivery drivers, the general public and patients without any personal protection equipment against coronavirus. 2. Front desk reception employees take patient vitals without protective equipment or safety protocols. 3. Front desk employees have to sanitize room and lobby and exteriors doors without protective equipment or safety protocols. 4. Business doors (medical facility) are open to the public. 5. No one other than myself has any client or public contact. 6. Front desk reception employees have no thermometer needed as part of screening visitors.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 2
