No fit tests or medical clearance for KN95 or N95 masks. Dr has been informed multiple times. Eye wash station in dental sterilization not working. Improper labeling of solutions that have been altered or no labeling on containers that do not have original solution such as shield sanitizer in bottle that states lens cleaner. Not all employees have been trained in infection controls or blood borne pathogens who sanitize and turn over dental ops. Dr has a plan of making his own medical grade disinfectant that disinfects dental ops when we run out of disinfectant, which, of course, is not approved by EPA. Has required assistance to do coronal polishing of children during covid pandemic and are unable to have their own assistant for HVE suction.
