1. The work is moving around and installing home appliances that range from microwaves to 800lb+ refrigerators and stoves. 2. Work is scheduled in tight windows, with no time given for lunch or breaks, you are to create the time for lunch or breaks by rushing in as many appliances as possible. 3. some days are just you and someone who has barely been there a week. 4. They've not been trained on how to lift heavy objects or safely do the job. 5. Expected to move several hundred pound items up many flights of stairs, several times in one day, given the same full daily schedule as a truck that had two more experienced crew. 6. While told not to speak up if you get hurt, or you won't get paid. 7. Several employees have been hurt and not sought the medical help they need because they will not get paid. 8. They are encouraged to work with their injury (move from delivering to in the office with a broken bone or sprained back or other injury) and not questioned as to their doctor given work recommendations. 9. We were made to sign a document acknowledging that we would not be eligible for money at the end of the year if we file claims from injury with LNI.
