Regulatory Report
1818 121st Street Southeast, Everett, 98208 Washington, United States
"Everett clinic is a 'clean site' meaning clinic doesn't see COVID patients. Screener screens patients for COVID, screening questions are too much of a gray zone. Clinic doesn't ask about known exposure. Employees are asked to attest there symptoms and is more detailed than what is asked of the patients. " Thermometers used at the greeting station run falsely low and has been discussed several times. -The right PPE is not available at 'clean sites'. -Special cleaning is not being done every night. -We have not been fit tested for N95's. - No social distancing in the lobby. - Pediatric doctors are being sent to COVID site treating patients one day, and then back in the "clean sites" the next day exposing staff and the patients. - The Employer is not informing the employees of when an employee tests positive for COVID-19. The employer policy is to not inform other employees even if they were in close contact with another employee(s). Employees are supposed to come to work as long as they are not showing symptoms of COVID. -There is not enough staff to sanitize/wipe down things in lobby or restrooms. - Doctors are being pushed to meet their "quotas"which means they are running behind and patients are having to wait longer in the lobbies. - The masks provided to the employees (paper masks) state "non-medical grade" on the box. This concern was raised by an MD, but still using these masks. -Company isn't testing employees if they have been exposed, only if they have symptoms. - There has been no special COVID training provided. - There was an email last week stating which COVID test to order based on the scenario. With the COVID tests being ran, wonder how many tests were not the correct test. - Patients who might have COVID are examined in a room. The room afterwards is wipe down, but not closed off or cleaned as if the patient was a confirmed COVID case. The room is in continual use.4 weeks ago •reported by user-pnvzp652 • details
