It is alleged that: 1) The thermometer at the temperature check station is not disinfected/sanitized after each use and is handled throughout the day by each employee/individual entering the area. 2) Common areas are not being disinfected/sanitized regularly. 3) All employees are required to be in the office on the same days and are required to work next to each other with less than 6 feet of spacing, efficient barriers, or the enforcement of face mask use. 4) Employees are not notified of their possible close contact with someone with a confirmed or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection in the workplace. 5) Areas recently used for a prolonged period of time by employees with a confirmed or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection have not been disinfected or closed off. 6) Employees are required to attend large gatherings/meetings for extended periods of time in small spaces where social distancing is not possible and the use of a face mask is not required.
