1. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer did not inform employees of possible exposure. Originally, two employees that work at the McCarran airport for Spirit airlines tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer attempted to hide the exposure rather than notifying potentially exposed employees that they were potentially exposed. Now additional employees are testing positive for COVID-19 since the original work exposure. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring symptomatic employees to quarantine. Employees receive write ups for calling off of work due to COVID-19 symptoms. Hazard location: Throughout the Spirit Airline area at the McCarran International Airport. 11/23/2020 EMAlleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
