1. The establishment has a designated employee entrance and exit in the back of the building where employees enter through a temperature check. Employees are bypassing the temperature check station by entering and exiting through the lobby, which does not have a temperature check station. When management was informed, they responded with "Mind your own business or there's the door." 2. Security Management stated that they are not going to mass patrol the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees and guests wearing face coverings.
