Employees are in close proximity to these customers. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Customers are allowed to remove their face covers once they are at a table, even if they are not actively eating or drinking, potentially exposing nearby employees to COVID-19 hazards. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The DJ does not wear a face cover. 4.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a 25-foot distance from the performance area and the audience.
