Description of complaint: The employer is having employees work within 6 feet of each other in shipping containers for entire shifts. 1. The employer did not ensure employees can maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between each other at all times. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(6)(A). Description of complaint: The employee states that there are no hand washing facilities located at the workplace. 2. The employer did not ensure that employees have hand washing facilities to maintain personal cleanliness. Ref T8CCR 3366(a). Description of complaint: ER has employees taking bags of trash home with used PPE to dispose of it at home. 3. The employer did not conduct a workplace specific identification of all activities which may expose employees to COVID-19 hazards. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(d). Description of complaint: The employee states that there is no first aid kits available for employees at the work location. 4. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with adequate first aid supplies in the work location. Ref T8CCR 3400(c).
