Description of complaint: EE states that she is a caregiver for Happy Valley House #5 which is an intermediate care facility for the elderly who need assistance (in wheel chairs, blind or can't speak) and special needs individuals. EE states that the employer is allowing co-workers to work while positive for COVID-19. 1. The employer did not ensure to exclude COVID-19 cases from the work place until the return to work criteria subsection (c)(11) has been met. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(A). Description of complaint: The employer is not excluding employees who have been exposed to a COVID-19 case. 2. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees from the work place who have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(B).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
