1. The employer failed to ensure that employees are separated from other persons by at least six feet. The employer is telling employees to sit next to each other at the front table of the building reviewing documents from the public. Additionally, the work stations at the 25 windows are occupied by two employees, which is not maintaining six feet of distance. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A) 2. The employer failed to install cleanable partitions that effectively reduce aerosol transmission between employees and other persons. The employer installed cleanable partitions at the front table at the entrance of the building, but the partitions are not tall enough to reduce the aerosol transmission between employees and other persons. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(A) 3. The employer failed to identify and regularly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects. The employer requires their employees to rotate to different windows that another employee just used and the surfaces are not being cleaned in between each use.
