1. The employer fails to implement a process for screening employees for and responding to employees with COVID-19 symptoms. T8 CCR 5199(c)(2)(B) 2. The employer fails to ensure that face coverings are worn by employees. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A) 3. The employer failed to implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures, including regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as, but not limited to, the time clock, doorknobs, equipment, tools, handles, controls, the vans, and their steering wheels. The employer has not informed employees and authorized employee representatives of cleaning and disinfection protocols, including the planned frequency and scope of regular cleaning and disinfection. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(1) 4. The employer does not ensure that material and equipment used by a COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period is cleaned and disinfected. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(3) 5. The employer fails to provide employees with effective hand sanitizers in work areas. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(D)

A random ring I received, Ohio, USA

I received a ring from sender Carlson Sweden 285 Raritan Center PKWY Astoria, NJ 08837 it contained a ring I did not order with a pamphlet for a GRA Moissanite and a card with a QRC code. I googled and everything says it's a phishing scam.
