1)Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19 in the ARKA building, 1040X Department. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, PPE, or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. It was further reported that masks are not properly worn and that employees are training/observing within 6 feet of each other.
