1. Employees are exposed to slips, trips, and falls associated with areas around envelope manufacturing machines. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) 2. Employees are exposed to mold spores as a result of it growing on machines. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSHAct. 2. Employees are exposed to significant health hazards in that the employer has not implemented controls, enhanced sanitation nor provided training or education to prevent exposure to Covid-19. Areas in the plant are not being sanitized to include the timeclock and machines. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSHAct.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 50
