In the FPM main office, the employer has not implemented elements of an infectious disease preparedness and response plan to protect employees against COVID-19 disease: 1. During image download operations, physical distancing is not maintained to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Up to nine people conduct this operation in a small space at the same time. 2.
