The employer has opened up the fitness room without masks. The employer has stated that because the number of occupants is being limited in this small enclosed room and that the establishment is a private business (not an actual gym), it is allowed. The employer has not stated that anyone is going to be stationed to watch to enforce 6 ft social distancing or cleaning. They are only going off of an honor system. 2. The employer is requiring that employees work mandatory 10 hour days but are not requiring that they change their masks throughout the day (the masks get damp and often times soaked with sweat and spit).
