1. Two (2) confirmed COVID-19 clients came in the salon, no written protocols or direction of new policies from owner to manager to handle exposure. No temperatures taken. No one trained the receptionist who was not a licensed cosmetologist, who had no clue of what to follow or allow or how to reject COVID positive confirmed people lying on the staff questionnaire. 2. No clean capes per client, no client questionnaire from June 14, 2020. The owner left us restaurant sanitizer to use on our chairs which was not salon approved for infection control for state boards and the Managers instructed sanitizer be sprayed lightly on the capes due to not having enough to have a clean one for each client.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-06-19
