1. On April 1, the staff were given a disposable face mask and told to reuse it as they were in short supply. The home manager told staff that it was optional and she would not wear one. She said that it would not make sense to wear one because we could not keep the 6 feet rule. Employees are not wearing masks. The residents are also at risk. 2. The number of staff has not been reduced. 3. We are continually low on cleaning supplies and told we use too much paper towel and bleach. The bathrooms are not stocked with soap, paper towel and toilet paper. Of two bathrooms, one is always out of these supplies. 4. There has not been any extra cleaning being done. 5.
