'- Staff are being told that even if they are given orders from a doctor to quarantine that they must report to the office if they do not have symptoms. It is known that staff have been in close contact with individuals that have tested positive. - Staff are not being notified when other staff have tested positive. - Staff are required to share desks on a trust system that the previous person sitting there also cleaned the area and was not infected. - Staff are not provided any PPE equipment other than sanitizer stations and wearing a mask.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-08
