1) Employer is not maintaining a malfunctioned and out of service elevator used in safe transfer of heavy loads of soiled and contaminated laundry. 2) Employees in housekeeping and dietary departments are performing manual lifting tasks of heavy loads involving ergonomic risk tasks including, but not limited to excessive force or exertion, improper lifting, awkward postures, resulting in stressors that are likely to cause musculoskeletal disorders such as, but not limited to shoulder strain/sprain, lumbar or back injuries. 3) Employees are not trained on the proper handling of potential COVID-19 contaminated material such as linen and laundry.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 2
