1. Employees working in the MedSurg (5 & 6 North), Overflow area (6 East), and Emergency Department Lack of proper PPE in that N-95 respirators are not provided. 2: Co-mingling of COVID positive and non-COVID positive patients in the MedSurg (5 & 6 North), Overflow area (6 East), and Emergency Department is leading to employee exposures of SARS CoVid-2. Patients under investigation, including those waiting for testing results, are co-mingled together. Patients testing negative at that time are being taken to Non-Covid areas of the hospital. The exposure to SARS CoVid-2 during the co-mingling period manifests as COVID positive patients days later. Subsequently, this delay period exposes health care professionals who are not taking precautions believing the patient to be negative. 2a: No chair cleaning. COVID and non-COVID Patients rotate chairs while in the Emergency department without adequate cleaning between uses, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 4
