1) Employees are exposed to COVID-19. An employee who has tested positive for COVID-19 is permitted to without a face covering in the Gorman Behavioral Health Unit. 2) Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer is not ensuring that management is enforcing social distancing in the South Unit. 3) Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not provide proper PPE, such as face coverings, to employees in the North and South Units. Applicable standard Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 4) Employees required to work around rooms #177 and #185 of the North Unit are exposed to sewage like odors or fumes.
