Employee(s) are suspected to have tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer has allowed the employee(s) to continue to work. The Employer failed to provide staff with proper PPE, enforcing social distancing, and cleaning protocols to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees are not allowed to leave work to get tested or self quarantine when they are showing symptoms of COVID-19. Possible applicable standard(s): Section 5(a)(1).

I received a ring from sender Carlson Sweden 285 Raritan Center PKWY Astoria, NJ 08837 it contained a ring I did not order with a pamphlet for a GRA Moissanite and a card with a QRC code. I googled and everything says it's a phishing scam.
