1. Employees could be exposed to electrical hazards due to exposed wiring on or near the conveyors. 2. Forklifts are operated by employees who have not been evaluated, trained, and/or certified as required. 3. Employees could be inhaling harmful substances, due to bad-smelling fumes being emitted by the conveyor motor units, and the area not being ventilated. 4. Protective footwear is not required. 5.
