Employees are, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus, at work, due to: 1. The employer continues to assign employees to a location where the patient and their family tested positive for the corona virus and/or were diagnosed with the infection, and declined to wear masks; 2. The employer does not enforce the wearing of masks by employees or patients; 3. Proper PPE, to protect employees from exposure to corona virus, has not always been provided; 4. Multiple staff members have been assigned at a home where the patient and/or family have tested positive for the corona virus, and have not been required to isolate after the exposure.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-19
