Medical interpreters are required to assist patients and interact with them face to face before the patients are determined to have COVID-19 or not have the virus. The employees are notified afterwards that the patients have been tested postive and have been unnecessarily exposed. Employees are wearing surgical masks only and do not have N95 masks.
