1) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to require and enforce the use of face coverings by employees per CDC guidelines. 2) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to develop and implement means of social distancing of at least 6 feet per CDC guidelines. 3) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to require that employees that are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 such as but not limited to coughing, sneezing, and fever to stay at home. 4) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to notify employees that have worked with or around another employee that has tested positive for COVID-19. 5) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to implement methods or practices to clean and sanitized commonly used equipment and surfaces after an employee has tested positive for COVID-19. 6) An employee was hospitalized after collapsing and requiring medical attention after collapsing on the job site with symptoms of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
