Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer is not enforcing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for COVID-19 including, but not limited to, wearing and providing the appropriate PPE, while performing their duties in the Covid units and non Covid units. 2.
