1. An effective Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan has not been developed or implemented after two COVID-19 cases were confirmed last week. An employee was exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 and return to work while waiting for the results of the COVID-19 test, which resulted positive, exposing other employees to the virus. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization with adequate frequency at the facility, including common areas (such as the breakroom and laundry) and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases. No proper chemicals are used to disinfect the facility between appointments and at the end of the shift.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 10
