1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. The employer did not quarantine employees that were exposed to the virus and were waiting on results, potentially exposing other employees to the virus. Employees potentially exposed to COVID-19 were not informed so they could get tested or quarantine. 2.
