1) There is no barrier provided for airborne droplet protection of security guard seated at security station in lobby. 2) Sufficient amount of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks & gloves is not available at site for guards' use; especially during duties requiring entry to apartment units, such as responding to resident-activated alarms. 3) The company has no written policies or program, nor training of employees, for COVID-19 infection controls such as health screening of staff, social-distancing and barrier measures, surface disinfection, as well as reporting / contact-tracing infection.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 4
