'- Sgt. went to Argentina for a vacation and did not quarantine or get tested when he returned to work. He had contracted COVID and spread the virus to 5 other members of the department. When it became apparent that he was positive, his condition was not made known and isolation procedures were not implemented. Employees are required to fill out an online form everyday before shift which asks if employees have left the state, have been in contact with anyone with COVID, are feeling well, etc. Obviously Sgt. lied.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
