The employer is not following the most current CDC Guidelines, such as, but not limited to, the supervisors, manager, and staff are not wearing mask/face covering throughout the facility and the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to plan and respond to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) are not being followed.
