1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to quarantine after having been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. Multiple associates are out of the office due to positive COVID test results and others are sick and still working. Several employees have tested positive in the past 2 days.
