1. An employee was working for 3 days while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms before management sent the employee home on 12/22/2020 approximately 45 minutes into their shift. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 and had been working in close contact with other employees, potentially exposing them to COVID-19. 2. The employer conducted cleaning and disinfecting on 12/23/2020 prior to the store opening, after learning that an employee tested positive for COVID-19. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees throughout the store and the employee break room.
