1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Management is not sanitizing surfaces and is spraying disinfectant spray into the air. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to quarantine after having been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. Employees are testing positive and management is not informing employees they have been in close contact with confirmed positive cases.
