1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees being told to continue to go to work after reporting that they have COVID-19 symptoms. Management has communicated to employees that they will be required to continue to work their schedule when showing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, and once they have received their positive test results that is when they will be allowed to quarantine at home. Employees are concerned that they may potentially contract the COVID-19 virus. Hazard Location: Throughout 12/17/2020 JBAlleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
