1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Employees who work on the sales floor do not practice social distancing when interacting with customers. In the area where curbside pickup is being conducted, there is no social distancing either. The security personnel are not six feet away from customers when they are taking temperatures as the customers walk in.
